Dorothy Goolsby; VP Sales, of Tandex Test Labs, Inc. gave a speech in "Excellence of Performance" to the Test, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Clean Room teams. She stated, "There are no such words as "can't do it." We at Tandex, shall not be confined to the paradigm of postponing what can be done today. We are a service organization that must deliver new metrics and constant improvements to assure customer satisfaction and a system for transference of timely information are in the process of release.
